The subscription period is one month and renewed continually (called recurring payments).
Recurring billing can be cancelled at any time.
For first time subscribers and after a valid transaction, you may evaluate our service for 2 consecutive days, if you are not completely satisfied with our service during this time, please request a cancellation and we will be more than happy to refund your subscription in full (including setup fee). Not enough time to test? Trial for the first subscription period, if you decide that the service does not suit, cancel and we will provide a 50% refund of the subscription component back to your credit card (excluding setup fee) and you still remain with access for the first subscription period!
We believe our subscription prices are the lowest on the Internet for quality horse racing Form. We charge less than $1.30 a day for form guide access and this is a low amount for the advantage you will gain over others using our website. If there is any website that offers a similar quality service for a lower price, please let us know and we will match the price, less 10%!
A $AU 19.95 setup fee shall apply. This fee is charged in the first month only. Please use the HRT Credits service if you wish to use the "Pay-Per-View" service, there is no setup fee for HRT Credit purchases.
Charges are made automatically to your credit card every month, so you don't have the hassles to renew each time. An email is sent to you before each automatic charge to allow you to cancel if you so wish. We understand that some people may forget to cancel. If you forget to cancel and your monthly bill reminds you, no problems, we will allow you to cancel anytime during the subscription period for a full refund, refer to Conditions clause 1.3 for full details.
Several currency options available (10 other currencies) during the payment process. If you choose a different currency then a conversion will be done to your selected currency each month from Australian dollars. This saves the credit card fees for currency conversion.
Cancellation must be by your email request and cancellation requests must at least 3 days or more prior to the end of the monthly subscription end date or the next billing month may occur.
